CUHKSAU Student Sleep Ambassador Program 2026

中大醫學院李朝江家族睡眠檢查室 – 校園睡眠『瞓』練大使計劃

During the summer holiday, one of our current S4 students participated in the CUHKSAU Student Sleep Ambassador Program 2026, organized by the Li Chiu Kong Family Sleep Assessment Unit under CUHK Medicine. Through a series of activities, campus and hospital visits, along with a sharing session with CUHK undergraduates, the program deepened her understanding of the link between sleep and mental health while exposing her to related academic and career pathways.

Furthermore, as part of the program activities to design and promote school-based mental health activities, she gained important generic skills such as leadership and communication.

This week-long experience broadened her perspective on mental health professions, empowering her to make well-informed future career decisions.
