2025-2026 S1 & S2 Inter-class "Current Affairs & Basic Law Quiz" and "Spelling Bee" Competitions

2025-2026年度中一、中二級「時事常識暨基本法問答比賽」及「串字比賽」

The Extra-curricular Activities Department, Moral and Civic Education Department, and Academic Affairs Department successfully held the S1 and S2 Inter-class "Current Affairs & Basic Law Quiz Competition" and "Spelling Bee Competition" in the School Hall on 30 June.

The event aimed to broaden students' horizons regarding general academic knowledge, current affairs, local society, and our motherland. Meanwhile, the Spelling Bee competition served to strengthen students' English vocabulary foundation, as well as their listening and spelling skills. During the competitions, class representatives demonstrated exceptional focus and giving their all, while their classmates in the audience enthusiastically supported them during the interactive sessions, fully showcasing excellent teamwork and class spirit! Let's celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students! The Competition results are as follows:

Current Affairs & Basic Law Quiz Competition

Secondary 1
Champion: Class 1A (210 points)
1st Runner-up: Class 1C (200 points)
2nd Runner-up: Class 1D (190 points)
3rd Runner-up: Class 1B (160 points)

Secondary 2
Champion: Class 2C (240 points)
1st Runner-up: Class 2A (230 points)
2nd Runner-up: Class 2D (220 points)
3rd Runner-up: Class 2B (150 points)

Inter-class Spelling Bee Competition

Secondary 1
Champion: Class 1A (260 points)
1st Runner-up: Class 1C & Class 1D (240 points)
2nd Runner-up: Class 1B (200 points)

Secondary 2
Champion: Class 2A , Class 2B & Class 2D (280 points)
1st Runner-up: Class 2C (240 points)
