Creative Infographic Design Competition on Applications of Mathematics for Primary and Secondary Schools

In January, three students from our school took part in the Creative Infographic Design Competition on the Applications of Mathematics. The event was organised by the Mathematics Education Section within the Curriculum Support Division of the Education Bureau.

The competition aims to inspire students to create infographics that creatively blend graphs, diagrams, text, and mathematical expressions. This approach helps participants effectively illustrate the real-life applications of mathematics. It also encourages students to appreciate mathematics from various perspectives and enhances their creativity and communication skills.

In recognition of their efforts, Lam Yuet Yi Sophy received a Bronze award in the Junior category, while Wan Hi Sin Heebe was awarded a Bronze in the Senior category. Wan Hing Sin Kinbe also received a Silver award in the Senior category.
