CUHK Business School - Business Academy for Secondary Schools

On 29 May 2026, our S4 BAFS students participated in the Business Academy for Secondary Schools program, organized by the CUHK Business School.

During their visit to the Chinese University of Hong Kong campus, our students attended an insightful mini-lecture delivered by Dr. Liusman, Co-Director of the BBA in Hospitality and Real Estate program. The session focused on the fundamentals of shopping mall management. Dr. Liusman introduced our students to core operational concepts and strategic methods for transforming retail premises into successful commercial ventures. Putting theory into practice, our students worked in teams for a hands-on activity where they designed optimal tenant mixes by strategically arranging various brands within a simulated mall layout to align with its market positioning and target customer needs.

Furthermore, Dr. Liusman introduced the structure of the BBA program. It sparked a strong interest and deepened our students’ understanding of this academic pathway. This engaging experience has undoubtedly better equipped our students for their future academic pursuits and business careers.
