The Hong Kong School Drama Festival 2025/26

Congratulations to our Drama Team for obtaining very outstanding results in the Hong Kong School Drama Festival (HKSDF) 2025/26. The Hong Kong School Drama Festival (HKSDF), organized by the Education Bureau and produced by Hong Kong Art School, is the most prestigious drama competition in the territory. After months of preparation and numerous rehearsals, our production 'Inheritance' (傳承) was well-received by the adjudicators in the School Performance Phase of the Festival. The judges appreciated not only our students' original ideas and storyline, but also their creativity, hard work and perseverance. Finally, among the 555 enrolled teams, our team obtained the Award for Outstanding Script (5 students), the Award for Outstanding Director (3 students), the Award for Outstanding Performer (9 students), the Award for Outstanding Stage Effects, the Award for Outstanding Cooperation and the Award for Commendable Overall Performance. 2025-26 is a challenging year for Drama Team members in S.C. Gaw because most members, including the committee members, are green and inexperienced. Despite the challenges, our team has overcome the obstacles with our passion and devotion in producing an inspiring performance. This year's excellent results have marked another significant step of the team. It is hoped that our students will continue their hard work and achieve promising results in the future.
