The Ophthalmology Rising Stars Programme

On 7 February 2026 (Saturday), 13 Biology students participated in The Ophthalmology Rising Stars Programme. Through the Ophthalmology Exhibition, they gained firsthand insights into eye health and explored cutting edge ophthalmological technologies. They also learned about career pathways in eye care during the thematic talk “The Next Decade of Ophthalmology,” delivered by medical students from HKU and CUHK specializing in ophthalmology.

Following the activity, students developed a deeper understanding of the field of ophthalmology and visual sciences.
