Peer Group Leaders Training

友群互勉組長訓練2023

40 Peer Group Leaders from S.2 and S.3 students joined a series of leadership training in the school campus, Tsuen Kwai Tsing District, PLK Pak Tam Chung Holiday Camp. The leadership training aims not only at training them to serve as big brothers and sisters to help S.1 students adapting new school life, but also enhancing their self-confidence and abilities vital to their personal growth. Every aspect of the training enriched their life experience beyond the classrooms. Each team had tried their best to complete different tasks in which they needed to exhibit teamwork, determination and their ability to make decisions. Though physically exhausted after several sessions of indoor and outdoor training, they were still excited in sharing their experiences.
