Shuttlecock - A Chinese Culture Experience in PE Lessons

Shuttlecock kicking, also known as Jianzi, is a popular traditional Chinese game and has become an international competitive sport. Our school invited representative from Hong Kong to promote shuttlecock to our S.2 to S.5 students from May to June 2025 during P.E. lessons. It aims to help the students understand shuttlecock activities, master shuttlecock skills and undergo physical and mental training. As most of our junior students had never played Shuttlecock before, they really enjoyed the games.
