Incorporating Martial Arts into the S. C. Gaw School Curriculum

To realize our educational belief in all-round education and to achieve the goal of “One Life, One Sport; One Art; One Voluntary Service and One National Essence” for our students, we will collaborate with HKGCE and offer Shaolin Wushu courses for our S.1 to S.5 students from Jan 2022 to May 2022.

The courses aim at enhancing students’ self-confidence and self-motivation through Wushu training. They will also foster the virtues of a Wushu practitioner among students such as mutual respect; self-discipline; and reverence for teachers and observance of ones’ moral duties. Students may demonstrate a series of Sanda—The Ten Important Stances after six lessons.
