A visit to International Culinary Institute

國際廚藝學院 – 食住玩免費試堂日2024

In order to expose students to the catering industry in Hong Kong, a visit to International Culinary Institute was arranged on 28 June 2024. Our students were led by the instructors as well as the current students there during the visit to have a try to make western dishes, such as ravioli. This hands-on experience has undoubtedly opened our students’ eyes and equipped them with basic cooking skills. Apart from the activity, there were a number of booths which showcased other courses offered by the institute. Our students learnt about the special features of each course by playing mini games as well as listening to the sharing from the current students.
