A visit to Haking Wong

In order to expose students to the Hotel Management industry in Hong Kong, a visit to Haking Wong VTC was arranged on 5 July 2024. Our students were led by the lecturer there during the visit to have a try to make cookies. This hands-on experience has undoubtedly opened our students’ eyes and equipped them with basic cooking skills.
