English Week 2022

The English Week was held from November 7 to November 11 at our school hall. The theme this year was Alice in Wonderland. All the practice teachers cosplayed themselves as characters in the story to bring an immersive experience for students.

Apart from the well-decorated venue, a series of captivating activities were designed to raise students’ interest in English. The activities were as follows:

The Mysterious Box (Name the object)
Riddle Hunt (Riddles)
Word Toss (Synonyms and Antonyms)
Queen of Heart Says! (Tongue Twisters)

Students were required to collect stamps from all the booths before they could win the grand prize.

With the support of our practice teachers and all S C Gaw English teachers, the English Week this year was well-organized and run smoothly. All participating students had a great time and they enjoyed the fun of speaking in English.
